Italian Riviera
Many countries have a coast on the Mediterranean. However it is certainly a different experience to travel along the Italian coast.
The weather like with the rest of the counties in the region is mild and you can enjoy a very beautiful scenery with seaside villages and historical cities.
Actually this is a good route for travelling by train.
As you travel along down the south you will pass through the large port city of Genoa, the seaside villages of the Cinque Terre, and Rome,
You could comfortably stop by other scenic villages of the Italian Riviera such as Camogli or in Versilia, Tuscany’s coast.
Or else you could continue further south to Naples and the spectacular Amalfi Coast.
